I am a Real Estate Investor, Educator, Podcast Host, Best-Selling Author & Keynote Speaker. My life did not start in real estate. After 16 years in Corporate America, I had my fill working for other people. Although I was a highly recognized global leader in Higher Education, and Nonprofit and Financial Services, I decided that a traditional education combined with the false security of a 9-5 was not producing the results I wanted. Real estate was the game changer.
As a result of my immediate success, I am on target to close three multifamily transactions this calendar year which would allow me to pursue his passion in real estate. I am on a mission to assist my network to earn double digit returns backed by real estate. Also, I have a podcast The Dr. B Show which highlights minority entrepreneurs & thought leaders in many areas including real estate. Now, I’m on a journey to assist my network with my same rapport and trust to raise private money for my real estate business.
