Hi, I’m Tami
Late one night at 9:30 pm, my daughter came to my desk and asked me to tuck her in. "Sure, Honey. I'll be right there.", I said. She asked "Do you promise? Sometimes you forget and you just keep working." Hearing those words sent a dagger through my heart and I realized that I was stuck in the rat race of trading my (children's) time for money.
I'd spent almost two decades working around the globe in Sales and Business Development in corporate IT. I worked directly with C-level executives of Fortune 50 companies. I closed deals 9-figure deals. I led a program with a $1B ambition. I felt accomplished, yet I was not fulfilled.
Having watched HGTV as my guilty pleasure for years, I began educating myself on the various strategies of real estate in 2020. I read everything I could get my hands on, listened to podcasts and ultimately decided to take action. During COVID. While I was working a demanding job and homeschooling two children. Because, why not?
So, I bought a house in another state, renovated it remotely, furnished it, and turned it into a short-term rental. This gave me a huge boost of confidence in both my abilities and my passion, and I did what anyone with an unquenchable entrepreneurial spirit would do - resigned my corporate job, began coaching with household name investors, performed my first full-gut flip, became a full-time real estate investor, and created my own lifestyle by design.
Today, I'm free to focus on what truly matters, and I'm passionate about helping others do the same. Together with my trusted business partners, we raise capital, and help our investors earn double digit returns backed by real estate. I'm not here to sell you anything or be your coach. I'm just an ordinary person who found a better way, and wants to share it with anyone looking to reclaim their life.
